There is a desperate need to shine a light and educate on the essential role Well-being plays for an Equitable, Equal, and Inclusive workplace.

This summer event is an Open, Honest and Brave conversation on how we ensure we know better so that we can all do better.

The SISU x SLT event that will take place is an opportunity to learn, share best practices, get a better understanding of where we are on this journey, and network with fellow change-makers and thought leaders. 

With 4 on the sofa discussions with guest panellists from a range of industries with knowledge, experience and ideas. These conversations will be like no other.

So Let’s Talk and SISU will be opening up the conversation around understanding if we all fully understand the relationship Well-being has with Equality, Equity and Inclusion and the power when harnessed correctly. We will dive deep into the connection and how important it is to start conjoining these topics.

Next up, ‘Understanding how to move the dial with EE&I’ with some heavyweight guest speakers making big waves and positive change.

Then, a really insightful conversation posing the question ‘Is Mental Health First Aid the bandage we all think it is?’ with some top industry leaders and change-makers.

Finally, ‘Let’s talk about change and how to make it happen.’ Again, we have an array of speakers bringing us diverse backgrounds and industries, motivation, ideas and inspiration.
